Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Nia Voice — the dashboard, API, and live voice product operated by NAS Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or calling our API, you agree to them.
1. Your account
Access is currently invite-only. You're responsible for the activity on your workspace, including actions taken with your API keys. Keep your keys confidential — treat a leaked key as a security incident and rotate it immediately from your dashboard.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Nia Voice to generate content that is illegal, impersonates a real person without consent (including via voice cloning), harasses or defrauds others, or violates the rights of any third party. We may suspend access for workspaces that violate this policy.
3. Voice cloning and personas
If you use our voice cloning features, you confirm you have the right to use the reference audio you upload — either it's your own voice, or you have explicit consent from the speaker. We may remove a cloned voice or persona at any time if we have reason to believe it was created without consent.
4. Bring-your-own-brain
If you configure your own LLM endpoint for conversational calls, you're responsible for that endpoint's availability, cost, and content. We relay audio transcripts and model replies between the caller and your endpoint but don't control what it returns.
5. Billing and credits
Usage is metered by call duration, characters, or tokens depending on the API, and billed against your plan's included credits or your pay-as-you-go balance, as shown on your pricing page. Unused monthly credits don't roll over unless your plan says otherwise. We may suspend service on a workspace that exceeds its credit limit on a non-metered integration.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Nia Voice is under active development; endpoints marked “beta” may change or be deprecated with notice. We'll make a reasonable effort to communicate breaking changes to API consumers in advance.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text, audio, and other content you submit to the API, and of the output generated for your requests. We retain ownership of the Nia Voice platform, models, and underlying technology.
8. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Nia Voice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NAS Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify workspace owners directly.
